Hiring — Production Manager

We’re looking for a Production Manager to lead our clients and photographers in creating effective photo content. As a Production Manager, your primary duty is building concepts for our photographers to execute. You will be the main point of contact for our brands and our photographers. We’re excited to grow with someone who is able to lead others from a place of creativity, efficiency, and tough love.

About the Role

In this role, you are the primary point of contact between our photographers and our clients. You’re responsible for understanding each client’s brand vision and translating this into art direction for our photographers to execute on. Along with having a knack for beauty and detail in your work, it’s crucial that you’re able to roll your sleeves up, meet timelines, and hold others accountable. Think of this role as the brains, spunk, and backbone behind all of the pretty assets that make brands grow.

About Birdhill

Since we started in 2020, we’ve been on a steady mission to create effective photo content for CPG brands. We’ve built a team of photographers across the country, worked with startups to Fortune 500 companies, and we’ve found our niche; we’re focused on growing our offering of monthly photo content to CPG brands. Each month, clients send us their products and we handle the rest — this includes creating a shot list, sourcing props, talent, and all the details that go on behind the scenes of every photoshoot. We’re excited to grow our team with experts who will leave their stamp on Birdhill.
